Sunflower Lecithin - a dietary supplement, contains natural GMO-free sunflower lecithin from sunflower seeds. Lecithin is rich in phospholipids.
Lecithin and phosphatidylcholine are present in every cell, especially as a component of cell membranes, incl. nerve cells, liver and brain.
These components play an important role in most biological processes. They support the body's physical and mental performance, nourish memory, nervous system and liver functions. Lecithin is recommended as a dietary supplement in conditions of liver load, physical and mental health in people with impaired concentration, as well as before alcohol consumption and in the elderly.
