The principles governing the processing of Personal Data provide a framework that ensures that Personal Data is used in an appropriate manner. Elavia ensures that Personal Data is:

• processed fairly, lawfully and in a transparent way;
• accurate, relevant and not excessive;
• accurate and up-to-date - inaccurate or incomplete personal data will be rectified or erased or its further processing will be stopped
• kept for no longer than necessary;
• processed only for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and in accordance with the purpose for which it is collected;

Types of personal data

We are always inform which personal data are required (e.g.by marking it by asterisk *) and what consequences will arise you if you do not provide us with such data– this situation may for example result of impossibility (fully) fulfilling your requests or for example placing an order.The personal data which we collect and process can be broadly divided in following categories

1. contact information, name and surname,
2. delivery address,
3. phone number,  e-mail address
4. information about you when you browse our store, such as technical usage and viewing data, including IP addresses from which you visit our websites or applications, including those of third parties
5. data for financial settlements - bank account number.
6. data concerning your company - if you have created a company account with us.

Purposes of procesing your personal data

Disclosure and transfer personal information with external entities by us is kept to the minimum and subject to the existence of an adequate level of data protection

1. IT Companies  - when external entities provides services on our behalf, for example IT support services and hosting services.
2. Suppliers of goods in our Store - when processing reported complaints.
3. Curiers and Payments providers – to properly process your order, deliver your package, or process your payment.
4. Legal advisors - to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights
5. In case you have given your prior consent to disclose your personal information to third parties.

Third parties can process disclosed personal data, transferred or made available to them only on the terms specified by us and pursuant to a written data processing agreement;
